Time You Enjoy Wasting Is Not Wasted Time !

Hello Peeps,

Life is like a train on constant move, the one that never stops. Like it or not, you are onboard darling and there is no getting down.

Being under the influence of this momentum, its only natural wanting to be on constant move in life, which on one end gives birth to a warrior in you – who wants to fight, strive for existence, break boundaries and become the best version of yourself; to get to where you ought to be.

The problem I see in this constant move towards new skylines is that, you might end up forgetting to enjoy the journey. Our focussed ambitions get us into a habit of bottling up the emotional fortitude and all the euphoria that comes along with it until we make it through; celebrations become dependant on succesful completion of each goal which pretty much makes the journey sucks. I’m not sure about you, but this occurs to be more often than not.

There are times when I feel under massive pressure, self-inflicted off-course, thinking of where I want to be heading, but then I think, what if the train breaks down or if the person holding the steering wheel takes a U, left or a right turn half way through? Well, honestly speaking, I am not sure if a train has a steering wheel or not, very interesting but besides the point. You see, this is just what I was talking about, you tend to get oblivious to your surroundings.

But this spring, I had an epiphany: consciousness hit me hard once again and I was enlightened, I realised I just didn’t have to do it any more and as usual I have a new manifesto:

“I will live in the moment and enjoy the present”

fun2Not that I want anything less than unicorns and rainbows for you each time you achieve your personal goals, it’s just that I don’t want you to miss out on the “fun” element whilst on your journey. These pictures were taken on my drive to Wales, before my first mountain climb :)

Do Not Forget to Bring Out the Kid in You

Top: H&M (brought few years ago)

Shoes: Esprit

Hat: Topman (Yes Man : similar here )

I hate to break this to you, but sweetheart if you are someone who is trying too hard to be extraordinary, then its highly likely that you are not enjoying your life to the extent you should be. It’s okay to pause, take a break now and then, and most importantly, celebrate life ! No, You don’t need a reason everytime you feel like having a celebration !
