Hello Superstars,

Hope every one had a good weekend ! Today marks the first day of me writing about fitness, I have decided to walk into this world of health and well being with a touch of style by introducing my delicious immune boosting and vitamin rich smoothie. Triple Berry Banana Blast ! Your absolute Energy Booster !

Not sure what you think, but I’m pretty impressed with my ritzy entry. My smoothie is full of antioxidants, fibres, vitamins and minerals from berries and banana. The almonds in it not only gives it the crunchiness I love but also radiance to your lovely faces because of the vitamin E in it. The final ingredient cinnamon, one of the perfect spices to be used in the winter months puts in the anti microbial, anti-clotting and blood sugar regulating properties to this ultimate blast.

Ingredients

  • I cup almond milk, unsweetened (alternatively  you can use fat free greek Yogurt)
  • 1/2 small cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 small cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 small cup straberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3/4 big banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon grounded cinnamon
  • 10 Almonds
  • Ice cubes (Optional)

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blast until smooth.

Since we are almost closing November, the weather is going to get more chillier than it is now. So make sure you stay covered and provide you body with the fuel it deserves. I’m sure my ultimate immune and energy booster will do the trick. Hope you like my first experiment.
